to say, our indepth training programs in Culinary Arts have received the coveted
American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission’s (ACFEFA
C) accreditation (NO TE: this is not the case for our Columbia, MD campus at this
time).
What makes our program so special? At Lincoln Culinary Institute, we bring the real-world
of culinary arts right to you, by giving you hands-on experience from professional
chefs. You’ll learn classical cooking techniques and methods with a modern twist
for today’s tastes. You’ll cook alongside industry professionals in our brigade-style
and European island-style kitchens. You’ll even learn the business aspect of culinary
arts including what it takes to manage a successful kitchen or restaurant. Upon
graduation, you’ll be ready to succeed in the fast-paced food service industry!
You can choose from convenient day or evening classes, and select from Diploma and
Associate Degree programs. Financial Aid is available for those who qualify. And
once you graduate from Lincoln Culinary Institute, our Career Placement Assistance
professionals are always ready to help you find the ideal job!

Accreditation/Approval: The Lincoln Culinary Institute campuses
in Connecticut and Maryland are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career
Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The Lincoln Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach,
FL is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools
(ACICS). The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission
(ACFEFAC) accredits our Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry programs at our Connecticut
and Florida campuses. Lincoln Culinary Institute’s CT locations are approved by
the State of Connecticut Department of Higher Education. Certain Lincoln Culinary
Institute campuses are approved by the Veterans Administration for the training
